TFOM Management

Mr. Terry L. Christopher - President.
Mr. Christopher has over 20 years experience ranging from facility and project management to janitorial services in both private and public sectors. Before founding TFOM, Mr. Christopher served as Project, Contract and Division Manager for several large size government agencies. Earlier in his career he served as Operation Manager for a Fortune 10 Corporation and managed multi-million dollar annual operating budgets, which has afforded him the expertise and knowledge required to remain competitive in the facility maintenance environment. His portfolio also include developing and managing contracts, projects and professional services with annual budgets of $5,000,000 and more than 7,000,000 square feet of properties. Mr. Christopher is directly responsible for establishing corporate policies and procedures, as well as short and long-term goals. His main goal is to build TFOM into a company that has a national reputation for dependability and excellent customer service to all clients at reasonable and competitive prices. He has won the Corporate Chairman's award for outstanding Customer Service and Outstanding Operation Manager of the District award with a Fortune 10 Corporation. He served as a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), received specialize training from the Texas Accessibility Academy, and formal training in Facility Security, Fire Prevention, and Facility Management. Mr. Christopher holds a BS degree in Computer and Information Systems from Northwestern. He served seven years in the U.S. Army as Chief of Party Surveyor and is a disabled service-connected veteran.

Mrs. Bridget Clarkson- Vice President. 
  Mrs. Clarkson has over 15 years experience in project management and overseeing operations for major accounts to ensure client satisfaction.  Mrs. Clarkson graduated from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business with a BBA in Management Information Systems and concentration in Consumer Insight.
